I’ve been going to sport clips for a few years now because it’s convenient and the app is extremely helpful with checking in. On my day off I don’t have time to sit around waiting so the app will tell me how long the wait currently is, and when I “check in” it tells me when to be there so I can walk straight to the front of the line. It’s fantastic! Jess is awesome and does a great job on my thin,Tom Petty type hair. She’s personable and professional but sadly (for her customers, not for her) she will be moving on since she’s graduating from college soon. But that’s ok because I’ve never had a bad haircut there which is funny because I’ve gone to barbers who have been cutting hair for 50 years and they’ve butchered my hair. And my hair is just plain, straight, thin hair! Thanks Jess and thanks sport clips

Waiting for a haircut, rude staff, walked out will never go back, avoid this place

This is the second time I've gone there and they're closed and they're supposed to be open. I called and they hung up on me. Unreal.
